Success Coach - Northeast

About the role

The Success Coach joins Great Minds' Implementation Services team to drive adoption and effective use of our curriculum across districts in the Northeast. Working from Boston, you will blend professional‑development facilitation with coaching to help schools implement our math, science, and ELA programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with district leaders and teachers to plan and execute curriculum implementation.
• Design and deliver on‑site professional‑development sessions tailored to district needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure fidelity of instruction.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Great Minds product features and advantages.
• Collect feedback and share insights with product and learning teams.

Required profile

• Experienced classroom teacher or instructional coach, preferably K‑5.
• Proven ability to facilitate professional‑development workshops.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Northeast region.
