Substitute Teacher – K-12 (Daily Rate)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable K-12 Substitute Teacher to step in for regular teachers at our Fort Worth campus. You will deliver lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and ensure a safe learning environment while maintaining the school’s routines and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and follow the lesson plans left by the regular teacher.
• Maintain classroom management procedures and uphold behavior standards.
• Communicate positively with parents, students, and administrators.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
• Follow established school schedules, routines, and procedures.
• Complete a Substitute Teacher Report Form or leave detailed notes for the regular teacher at the end of the day.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the principal.

Required profile

• Prior teaching experience.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Flexibility to work across different grade levels or subjects.
• Ability to instruct students and manage classroom behavior.
