About the role

Ensemble Schools seeks an experienced substitute music instructor to teach voice, piano, guitar, drums, and violin on a part‑time, in‑person basis at its South Tampa location.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver substitute music lessons across multiple instruments for students of various ages.
  • Set and communicate availability within the school’s open hours, aiming for consistent scheduling.
  • Maintain punctuality, follow school policies, and ensure reliable transportation to classes.

Required profile

  • Degree in music performance, music education, pedagogy, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated passion for teaching and experience working with young musicians.
  • Ability to pass a routine background check.

  • Proficiency in voice.
  • Proficiency in piano.
  • Proficiency in guitar.
  • Proficiency in drums.
  • Proficiency in violin.
