Student Success Associate – $100k Salary

About the role

Alpha is seeking an energetic Associate to motivate K‑8 students across multiple campuses in the United States. You will combine AI‑driven learning analytics with hands‑on life‑skills workshops to help every student reach 100 % of their weekly goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate one‑hour life‑skills workshops (public speaking, focus, feedback) and customize or create new sessions as needed.
• Conduct daily individual and small‑group motivation sessions, using Coachbot analytics and incentive structures to drive goal completion.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each skill and provide targeted support until students achieve mastery.
• Adapt coaching style for ages ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade, balancing high energy with age‑appropriate techniques.

Required profile

• Comfortable maintaining rigorous standards and refusing “good enough” outcomes.
• Background as an athletic coach, camp counselor, tutor, or performer who can command a room of young learners.
• Willingness to work on‑site at any of Alpha’s campuses and relocate if needed.
• Passionate about motivating students and fostering a growth mindset.
