Student Advisor / Admissions Tutor – Commission Based (Remote)

About the role

Join a global admissions team that helps prospective students find the right academic path at an online university. This remote, commission‑based position focuses on building relationships, guiding applicants through enrollment, and achieving weekly enrollment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects who have expressed interest in the university via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand each student’s goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records in the Prospect Management System.
• Meet weekly activity and enrollment objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, telesales, customer service, or admissions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
