About the role
The Structure Technician supports the repair, reconstruction, and restoration of residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, and general carpentry tasks.
- Support punch‑list work and final touches to meet client expectations.
- Read basic plans, measure and cut materials accurately.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe job‑site environment and follow safety protocols.
Required profile
- Prior experience in construction or restoration work.
- Strong understanding of job‑site safety practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and crew members.
