Strategy & Process Improvement Vice President

About the role

The Chief Administrative Office’s Strategy & Process Improvement (S&PI) team serves as the internal advisory group for JPMorgan Chase. As Vice President you will partner with senior leaders, including the Chief Administrative Officer and COO, to shape operating models, drive firm‑wide AI adoption, and streamline complex processes across global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects spanning process improvement, organizational transformation, and functional strategy.
• Develop project‑specific content quickly, lead problem‑solving sessions, and guide data gathering, modeling, and analysis.
• Produce high‑quality presentation materials that summarize findings and influence senior leadership.
• Conduct client interviews, define business pain points, and co‑create solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and senior leaders while managing project timelines and escalating issues as needed.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2‑3 junior analysts and associates throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience at a top‑tier management consulting firm, internal consulting organization, or corporate strategy team.
• Proven problem‑solving ability and skill in structuring complex strategic questions into clear objectives.
• Experience leading small, cross‑functional project teams and delivering recommendations to senior executives.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights and influencing decision‑makers.
• Willingness to receive coaching and develop through an apprenticeship‑style model.
