Strategy & Operations Lead, Provider Growth

About the role

Prosper Health is seeking a senior leader to design and scale the provider growth engine that fuels clinical capacity for autistic and neurodivergent adults. In this role you will blend workforce planning, data analytics, and operational experimentation to remove bottlenecks and expand access to high-quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Own the clinical capacity strategy and build a forecasting model that predicts supply needs and identifies growth levers.
• Translate capacity insights into an operating plan with clear milestones and metrics.
• Design and test non-traditional talent acquisition levers, new clinician talent pools, and ways to increase clinician hours.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Recruiting, Product, and senior leadership to align on the operating model.
• Implement systems and processes that enable scalable, efficient provider onboarding and management.

Required profile

• Proven senior-level experience in strategy, operations, or workforce planning within a fast-growing organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Track record of designing experiments, interpreting funnel data, and driving execution.
• Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and owning outcomes from start to finish.
