Strategy & Operations Associate – Revenue Cycle Management

About the role

Prosper Health is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will drive data‑driven solutions that improve revenue collection while ensuring seamless access to mental health services for autistic and neurodivergent adults.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact projects such as reducing claim denials, breaking them into sprint‑based plans and coordinating across engineering, operations, clinical, and client experience teams.
• Design and deliver analytics dashboards that translate complex RCM data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Self‑teach and apply tools like SQL, BI platforms, and Claude Cowork to accelerate execution without waiting on others.
• Collaborate closely with vendor partners and internal stakeholders to launch effective operational solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and iterate on strategies to continuously improve revenue cycle efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
• Strong data‑driven mindset; able to break down complex problems into simple, actionable insights.
• Fast learner with first‑principles thinking; healthcare or RCM background not required.
• Action‑oriented attitude, comfortable working in a lean, high‑growth startup environment.
