Strategy & Deals Value Creation Consulting Intern (Summer 2027)

About the role

As a Strategy& Deals Value Creation Consulting Intern for the summer of 2027, you will join PwC’s Advisory practice to support clients through the full transaction lifecycle. You will work on mergers, acquisitions and partnership initiatives, helping to shape strategies that maximise value and drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for M&A transactions.
• Assist in analysing business plans and evaluating feasibility and potential success.
• Help prepare comprehensive acquisition strategy documents and manage programme risks.
• Conduct research and gather data to inform deal strategy and value‑creation efforts.
• Assess financial statements and trends to provide insights for decision‑making.
• Identify competitive advantages and market trends to support client recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to outline deal structures and transaction terms.
• Observe and learn from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC methodologies.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Typically in the 3rd year of a 4‑year program or 4th year of a 5‑year program, available for a summer internship prior to graduation.
• Preferred fields of study include Analytics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, International Business, and related disciplines.
