About the role

Infosys is seeking a Strategic QE Consultant to lead process‑driven transformation initiatives for its Financial Services unit. The role combines advanced process analysis, AI/ML solution design and technical documentation to help banks, wealth managers and insurers achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive process analysis using techniques such as process mining, workflow simulation and efficiency modelling to uncover strategic improvement opportunities.
• Develop complex data models that deliver actionable insights for business decisions and long‑term planning.
• Evaluate complex IT solutions from a process‑centric perspective to ensure they streamline operations and meet organizational goals.
• Create and simplify technical materials for both process practitioners and business stakeholders.
• Research emerging process tools, assess vendor roadmaps and recommend cutting‑edge solutions.
• Design architectural models and blueprints for process enhancements and automation solutions.
• Define proactive maintenance strategies to sustain system health, scalability and performance.
