Strategic QE Consultant – New York

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is looking for a Strategic QE Consultant to join its New York team. The role focuses on driving AI‑enabled process transformation for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, helping them accelerate growth and achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive process analysis initiatives using techniques such as process mining, workflow simulation and efficiency modelling.
• Develop complex data models that provide actionable insights for process enhancement and strategic decision‑making.
• Evaluate complex IT solutions from a process‑centric perspective to ensure they streamline operations.
• Create technical materials that simplify complex process concepts for both practitioners and business stakeholders.
• Research emerging process tools, analyse vendor roadmaps and recommend cutting‑edge solutions.
• Design architectural models and blueprints for automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Formulate proactive maintenance strategies to ensure system health, scalability and sustained performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in advanced process analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business leaders.
• Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
