Strategic Performance Specialist - Automotive Refinish

About the role

Surventis is seeking a Strategic Performance Specialist to partner with leading collision repair organizations, improve product performance, and drive measurable business results through technical leadership and consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives for key multi‑shop operator (MSO) accounts.
• Partner with customer leadership teams to improve business results.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and root‑cause analysis.
• Improve cycle time, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support long‑term account growth and retention strategies.
• Resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Lead training and performance development programs.
• Coach technical teams and distributor resources.

Required profile

• 10+ years of automotive refinish experience, including advanced application techniques and performance‑driven problem solving.
• Advanced technical leadership expertise with a proven ability to drive process improvement.
• Experience engaging executive‑level stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing training programs, standardized processes, and operational best practices.
• Insight into customer strategies, operational trends, and business performance drivers.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, customer‑facing, field‑based environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to strategic account locations and a valid driver’s license.
