About the role

The Strategic Initiatives and Training Lead is a dealer‑centric position that bridges field operations, training, and technology. Reporting to CCA Field Operations, the role ensures that tools, reporting, and training programs are built around real‑world dealership workflows, driving higher dealer throughput and better customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact initiatives for field operations from problem definition through pilot, implementation, and scaling.
• Act as product owner for field‑facing reporting dashboards and systems, translating dealer feedback into clear requirements for IT and analytics.
• Champion AI/GenAI solutions that simplify dealer workflows and improve decision‑making.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve live, virtual, and on‑demand training for field teams and dealerships.
• Develop change‑management and communication plans, monitor adoption, and iterate based on performance data.
• Serve as the single point of contact between field operations, training, IT, analytics, CX, and program owners, always representing the dealer perspective.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in dealer or field operations, training, program or service management (automotive experience preferred).
• Hands‑on experience in front‑line field or dealership‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and drive measurable outcomes.
