Strategic Finance Associate – GTM

About the role

Scribe is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to partner with its Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams. You will turn data into actionable decisions that shape the company’s revenue strategy and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, track, and report on GTM KPIs, building dashboards and communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Own sales performance reviews, translating analysis into execution plans and accountability.
• Support budget vs. actuals reviews, ARR forecasting, headcount and capacity analysis, and territory/quota modeling.
• Develop and maintain GTM reporting infrastructure using Sigma and Snowflake, leveraging AI to automate data pulls and commentary.

Required profile

• 2+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong modeling skills with a keen eye for spreadsheet errors.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Proactive problem‑solver who investigates data anomalies without prompting.
• Enthusiastic about integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude) into finance workflows.
