PwC is seeking a Strategic Commercial Senior Manager to support health‑industry clients across pharma and life‑sciences. In this client‑facing position you will help shape executive‑level perspectives, integrate market trends with business strategy, and advise C‑suite leaders on capital allocation and growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structured, value‑oriented points of view that connect market outlooks, transaction activity and business‑unit strategy.
• Lead research, data analysis and synthesis to produce executive‑level insights for priority clients.
• Coordinate leadership team calls, meetings and cross‑service knowledge sharing.
• Promote consistent execution across sectors and champion technology tools for sales and delivery.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering high‑performing, inclusive teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial strategy or advisory roles within the pharma or life‑sciences sector.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated judgment in ambiguous, high‑pressure situations and a track record of delivering results.
• Commitment to professional standards, firm code of conduct and independence requirements.
