Strategic Accounts Director – Image Guided Therapy (Southeast/Mid-Atlantic)

About the role

The Director of IGT Strategic Accounts will partner with two IGTS districts to drive order and revenue growth across a set of named accounts in the Southeast and Mid‑Atlantic region. The focus is on executing fleet‑replacement plans for Philips‑installed bases and accelerating competitive replacements where Philips is not yet present.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver agreed‑upon growth in targeted accounts and contribute to district‑wide sales results.
• Manage and continuously improve the sales process to exceed revenue and commercial goals.
• Analyze equipment‑replacement potential, assess regional market conditions, and create strategies to increase Philips market share.
• Partner with CADs and ECEs to develop IDN and GPO sales strategies that grow Philips install base or replace competitors.
• Track and analyze customer performance trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and collaborate with IGT field sales teams in a matrix environment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of sales experience in the medical‑device industry.
• Proven sales‑management experience and ability to develop long‑term strategies.
• Experience working in both small and large company environments.
• Four‑year degree.
• Leadership experience with strong critical‑thinking skills.
