Strategic Account Manager, Injection Molding

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager for our Injection Molding division, supporting medical‑device manufacturers with clean‑room plastic, silicone and rubber production. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving growth across key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed division revenue targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications and applications.
• Serve as primary contact for key customers, handling inquiries, issue resolution and technical support.
• Prepare detailed account activity reports, sales forecasts and market trend analyses.
• Work with marketing to launch promotions and new products.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and professional networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role within manufacturing, specifically injection molding.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with silicone, LSR, HCR and micromolding processes.
• Understanding of technical aspects of injection molding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
