Store Trainer

About the role

The Store Trainer partners with retail management to train and develop store associates, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing partners.
• Monitor partner progress, report to management, and recommend additional training opportunities.
• Collaborate with front‑end staff to provide on‑the‑spot coaching and maintain a presentable store environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience.
• HIPAA, Food Handler, and applicable TABC/LACT/AATC certifications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of checkout policies and state regulations for alcohol, tobacco, and lottery sales.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office functions.
