Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Beyond Yoga, a premium active‑lifestyle brand, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Merrick Park location in Coral Gables, FL. The role focuses on driving sales performance, fostering a collaborative team culture, and delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the retail team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while managing store financial plans.
• Analyze performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop store personnel, including management staff.
• Handle employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with Beyond Yoga and LS&Co. operational policies.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to align labor costs with sales forecasts and store traffic.
• Oversee inventory processes, including accurate receiving, shipping, and stock control.
