Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Tanger Outlets location in Grand Rapids, MI. Reporting to the District Manager, you will shape the customer experience, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across all store functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, train, empower, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory management, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for customers.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb., moving merchandise, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Passion for Levi’s brand and the retail industry.
• Minimum 3 years of store management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
