Store Leader – Retail Management Role

About the role

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to drive the success of its Cherry Creek location. You will build and nurture a high‑performing team, deliver elevated service, and lead the store with a people‑first mindset while meeting business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with a customer‑obsessed mindset, coaching team members in real time to create inclusive, personalized experiences.
• Manage daily operations, visual execution, merchandising, replenishment, and store standards.
• Own key business metrics including P&L, payroll, inventory, and productivity, adjusting strategies to drive sales and efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, developing clear career progression plans for team members.
• Partner cross‑functionally with HQ to align on strategies, feedback, and new initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of leadership experience in retail, with a proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service.
• Strong problem‑solving, operational, organizational, and visual merchandising skills.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift items up to 40 lb throughout the shift.
