Stock Supervisor – Full-Time (Commerce, CA)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Stock Supervisor to join the Citadel store team in Commerce, CA. You will help drive sales, coach associates and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in shipment processing or stock management.
• Strong people skills; able to support, assist and coach team members.
• Compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
