STAMP Account Manager

About the role

The STAMP Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between K+S Services and the customer, handling day‑to‑day operations at a customer site in Columbus, GA.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with plant personnel from maintenance, purchasing and engineering.
• Set up and execute spare‑parts strategy, focusing on repairs versus replacement.
• Ship, receive, and expedite orders; manage the internal STAMP database.
• Process repair order approvals daily and oversee inventory of repairable assets.
• Create performance reports on delivery, cost savings, quality, inventory and warranty.
• Participate in plant‑sponsored initiatives, meetings and activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of manufacturing or maintenance experience (preferred).
• Mechanical background with understanding of technical drawings and machinery.
• Strong communication skills; ability to lift up to 75 lb and walk frequently.
• Experience operating a forklift (a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learning of customer software.
• Problem‑solving mindset and solution‑focused attitude.
