Staff Product Marketing Manager – V-BAT

About the role

Shield AI is looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager to own the messaging and positioning of its V‑BAT autonomous aircraft. The role will translate complex aircraft and autonomy capabilities into clear, mission‑driven narratives for customers, policymakers, and internal go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own V‑BAT messaging across missions, customer segments, and global markets.
• Create core product marketing assets such as sales decks, product briefs, launch materials, and campaign content.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to launch new capabilities with consistent messaging.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and turn insights into differentiated positioning.
• Enable GTM teams with tools and content to articulate V‑BAT’s value to technical and operational audiences.
• Produce thought‑leadership pieces and collaborate with think tanks and policy organizations.

Required profile

• 6+ years of direct military aviation experience.
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems, autonomy, and ISR‑T missions.
• Proven experience creating high‑impact sales enablement and product marketing assets.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for persuasive multi‑format content.
