Staff Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

Credit Genie is seeking a Staff Marketing Data Analyst to join its Analytics team in New York. In this senior position you will act as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing organization, turning data into actionable insights that drive customer acquisition and marketing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Product and cross‑functional teams to improve data quality, align requirements and ensure consistent measurement.
• Lead deep‑dive analyses that optimize channel performance, campaign effectiveness and overall marketing investment.
• Own and evolve multi‑touch attribution, marketing mix modeling and other measurement frameworks to evaluate ROI across paid, organic and other channels.
• Design and scale experimentation programs, including A/B tests and incrementality studies, to inform investment decisions.
• Define, monitor and interpret core marketing KPIs such as CAC, LTV and campaign ROI.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Marketing leaders, translating complex findings into clear recommendations.
• Elevate the analytical standards of the team by sharing best practices and coaching peers.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics or a related quantitative field.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science).
• Proven track record of owning complex analytical projects and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong business judgment and ability to communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with multi‑touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, A/B testing and incrementality studies.
• Advanced analytical rigor and proficiency in translating data into actionable recommendations.
