Staff iOS Engineer

About the role

Credit Genie is seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to shape the architecture of its mobile applications over the next few years of rapid growth. You will lead the design and implementation of high‑quality, low‑latency iOS features that serve millions of users seeking financial wellness tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to define and architect new product experiences for iOS.
• Provide iOS expertise to improve development practices, design patterns, deployment pipelines, and overall user experience.
• Work with cross‑functional stakeholders—including product and marketing—to align initiatives with key performance indicators.
• Write clean, readable, and reusable Swift code for app features, components, and integrations.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including code reviews, stand‑ups, planning, and demos.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the product suite.
• Mentor and develop other engineers on the team.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale projects and partner directly with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
