Sr Specialist, SME Business Complete Product

About the role

The Sr Specialist, SME Business Complete Product will help execute Mastercard's Business Complete product strategy. You will turn strategic vision into market‑backed insights, executive‑ready materials, and operational deliverables that accelerate pilots and inform product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Business Complete vision into market insights, use cases, and feature prioritisation for issuing and acceptance.
• Drive analytics on SME behaviour (activation, cross‑sell, wallet usage) to shape product design and validate hypotheses.
• Create executive‑ready decks, business cases, KPI tracking and pilot frameworks for product decisions and C‑level reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across Product, GTM, Data & Services, and regional teams to speed pilots and remove blockers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics or product operations (payments/fintech preferred).
• Detail‑oriented with strong QA instincts and ability to work with large data sets.
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience in payments, fintech or B2B platforms; exposure to product lifecycle and agile processes; familiarity with SME segment dynamics and commercial card ecosystems.
