Sr. Relationship Analyst

About the role

The Sr. Relationship Analyst is a seasoned professional providing expert client service, operational oversight, and team guidance. This role resolves complex and high‑sensitivity client issues, ensures process excellence, mentors junior staff, and contributes to continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and address complex or escalated issues with professionalism.
• Guide and mentor Analysts and Junior Analysts, promoting accuracy, collaboration, and accountability.
• Review and approve complex onboarding packages, ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory standards.
• Oversee data quality across client files, account documentation, and internal systems.
• Process and approve same‑client wire transfers at higher authorization levels and identify irregular transaction patterns.
• Partner with Credit Risk on sophisticated credit proposals, loan structures, and overdraft reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of customer‑service experience, preferably in private banking.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese for Brazil‑focused clients.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Competitive base salary range $67,500 – $115,000 per year.
