Sr. Product Manager

About the role

Bosch Automotive Aftermarket is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Rotating Machines. The role is hybrid, with 40% remote work and 60% onsite, and offers the chance to work with cutting‑edge automotive technology while contributing to the future of mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies as the product market expert to meet growth targets.
• Analyse channels, customers and competitors to shape business strategy and value propositions.
• Model strategic opportunities in P&L scenarios for new and existing business, aligning with stakeholders and presenting recommendations to senior management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Controlling, Demand Planning, Communications and Category Management—to launch new customers and products on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain channel pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning (good/better/best) and target profitability.
• Collaborate with sales to create customer presentations and support trade‑marketing activities such as promotions and product‑specific campaigns.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in product management, preferably within automotive or aftermarket sectors.
• Proven ability to analyse market and competitive data to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience in pricing strategy development and P&L modeling.
