Sr. Leasing Professional

About the role

We are seeking a Sr. Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a stabilized mid‑rise community of 220 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing and resident satisfaction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of multifamily leasing experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build resident relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
