About the role

Greystar is seeking a Part‑Time Temporary Leasing Professional to support the leasing, marketing, and renewal activities at The Triton community. You will be the front‑line representative, guiding prospects through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while helping maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience in multifamily or residential property management.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
