Sr. IT Asset Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Asset Management Specialist to oversee the lifecycle, tracking, and compliance of all company‑owned technology assets. The role focuses on reducing operational inefficiencies, strengthening compliance, and delivering cost savings through effective asset governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and related technology resources.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight for the IT department’s asset management systems, ensuring optimal operational readiness and lifecycle value.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to enforce asset management best practices and support the Environmental Management System.
• Utilize ServiceNow and other asset management tools to track inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, including hardware, software, and licensing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Class C driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain CJIS certification for handling sensitive public‑safety data.
