Sr. Financial Analyst - Business Partner Sales Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a senior financial analyst to act as a business partner for the North America Sales organization of Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. The role will own end‑to‑end sales forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across all customers and business units in the region, turning complex financial data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales forecasting process for North America, consolidating, challenging and validating assumptions with sales teams.
• Prepare and present forecast reviews and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
• Analyse sales results, identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (finance, operations, marketing) to ensure data integrity and alignment.
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in financial analysis or controlling, preferably within a sales environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• High degree of autonomy, critical thinking and comfort with challenging assumptions.
