Sr. Factory Quality Technician

About the role

Nestlé Purina’s St. Joseph plant produces millions of cases of cat and dog food each year. As a Sr. Factory Quality Technician you will safeguard product quality and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assure compliance with Nestlé Purina regulatory guidelines and specifications.
• Serve as backup for the formulation program to meet Purina operating standards.
• Serve as backup for the ingredient receiving program.
• Maintain plant compliance with established quality standards.
• Develop and deliver quality‑assurance training to employees.
• Perform laboratory activities, including analytical testing and sensory evaluation.
• Execute duties with the highest regard for safety.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of quality‑assurance experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or a related environment.
