Sr. Billing & Collections Specialist

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Billing & Collections Specialist to join its Revenue Cycle Management team. In this position you will oversee complex billing and collections activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal revenue cycle performance for medical technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and submit account billing in accordance with contracts, payer rules, and regulations.
• Review claims with outstanding balances, identify actions, and execute collections from insurers and patients.
• Perform cash collections, manage aged accounts receivable, and handle denials.
• Post insurance denials promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with offshore Cognizant partners to conduct audits and support the Collections Team.
• Identify denial and process trends, and partner cross‑functionally to drive improvements.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expert in billing and collections with experience handling high‑risk or escalated accounts.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations within the medical technology or healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to ensure timely collections, reduce aging, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective communicator who can build enduring relationships with insurers and patients.
