Speech Language Pathologist – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic

About the role

Join a clinician‑owned, clinician‑led community as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in a pediatric outpatient clinic. You will work in a supportive environment that celebrates progress and empowers children and families every day.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children achieve meaningful milestones.
• Deliver therapy through fun, play‑based activities to keep sessions engaging.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teammates.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, well‑rounded care.

Required profile

• Active Texas SLP license (required).
• Passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and enjoyable.
• Physical ability to move, play, lift up to 25 lb, and transition between sitting, standing, and kneeling throughout the day.
