Specialist, Product Management - Crypto Flows

About the role

Mastercard’s Blockchain and Digital Assets group is looking for a Specialist in Product Management to drive Crypto Flows. You will shape the strategy and execution of crypto‑enabled card products, on‑ramps, and emerging Web3 payment experiences that connect digital assets with traditional fiat systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support product strategy and lead execution for Crypto Cards and on‑ramp initiatives.
• Drive global crypto card issuance growth, partner enablement, and KPI delivery.
• Build and scale relationships with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and digital‑asset players.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, engineering, risk, and regional teams to ensure compliant, scalable product experiences.
• Contribute to franchise rule evolution, risk frameworks, and regulatory alignment for digital‑asset transactions.
• Act as a thought leader, shaping internal and external strategy in the digital‑assets space.

Required profile

• Prior product‑management experience in payments, fintech, or digital‑assets.
• Strong understanding of crypto payments, card networks, and emerging Web3 use cases.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on commercial impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
