Spa Receptionist – Part‑time at Summit Club

About the role

The Summit Club, part of Discovery Land Company, is seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to join its Wellness department in Las Vegas. This part‑time position (approximately 20 hours per week) offers the chance to work in an exclusive, luxury environment while delivering exceptional service to members.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members warmly, provide tours of the spa and salon facilities, and answer questions about services and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for retail items and communicate replenishment needs.
• Process all front‑desk transactions using the TEI point‑of‑sale system.
• Conduct daily lobby and front‑desk inspections, reporting any inconsistencies.
• Assist the Spa Director in achieving monthly sales goals and budget targets.
• Handle member requests, resolve issues promptly, and document consent forms or other paperwork.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards in line with state regulations and DLC SOPs.

Required profile

Required skills

• Proficiency with the TEI transaction processing system.
