Solutions Engineer – Austin

About the role

Rox is building an AI‑native revenue operating system and is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join its growing team in Austin. You will work at the intersection of sales, product and engineering, turning complex technical capabilities into clear customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Become a product expert quickly, mastering Rox’s architecture, use cases and customer workflows.
• Partner with Sales to run high‑impact technical demos and support deals from the first call through close.
• Design and explain integrations across data warehouses, CRMs, AI agents and modern GTM tooling.
• Lead technical discovery conversations that surface real customer problems and translate feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Improve demo narratives, technical positioning and sales enablement to raise the overall quality of the sales process.
• Help onboard and train new Solutions Engineers as the team expands across the region.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑obsession with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify inefficiencies in sales processes and drive improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving startup environment.
