Solutions Engagement Manager – AI/ML

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Engagement Manager who will sit at the intersection of client delivery and engineering, focusing on AI/ML solutions. The role involves embedding with Seattle‑based clients, understanding their outcomes, and partnering with our engineering team to build and ship technical solutions that deliver real value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with clients to uncover desired outcomes and translate them into clear, actionable direction for engineers.
• Act as the technical product manager for accounts: define what should be built, why it matters, and how success will be measured, including reviewing architecture and data pipelines.
• Push back on unclear or low‑value requests, ensuring work aligns with business impact.
• Coordinate project delivery – planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking deliverables across workstreams.
• Maintain accountability for engineering commitments while collaborating as a partner rather than a manager.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project, program, or product management experience leading technology initiatives with mid‑ to large‑size customers.
• Hands‑on experience deploying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong technical literacy to engage with system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and ML model deployment.
• Domain expertise in energy, utilities, real estate, logistics, climate, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering custom‑built software and data solutions with measurable business impact.
