Solution Consultant – Commercial (Pre‑sales)

About the role

As a pre‑sales Solution Consultant you will demonstrate how Veeva Vault CRM helps life‑science organizations transform their commercial operations. You will work with Account Partners and Strategy teams to prove the value of the Vault CRM Suite through consultative discovery, solution design, and high‑impact demos.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate tailored Vault CRM Suite and AI solutions aligned to customer goals.
• Own RFXs and provide accurate technical responses on platform functionality, security, and integrations.
• Partner with sales to co‑own deal strategy, lead technical execution, and build customer relationships.
• Facilitate discovery meetings to uncover business challenges and operational bottlenecks.
• Lead consultative workshops that build trust around AI safety and inspire AI‑native workflows.
• Collaborate with Veeva Services to transition pre‑sales designs into clear implementation scope.

Required profile

• Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia area, New Jersey, Boston metro, or California.
• 3+ years in pre‑sales, implementation, or consulting within life sciences or pharmaceutical sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical value.
• Hands‑on experience with modern SaaS platforms and AI tools.
• Self‑starter with high autonomy and adaptability to evolving tech landscapes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
