Solution Area Specialist – Analyst (Presales Technical Assessment)

About the role

The Solution Area Specialist – Analyst supports Microsoft solution areas such as Azure, Security and Infrastructure, delivering presales technical assessments to customers and partners. Working closely with sales and management teams, the role ensures a professional, friendly experience while helping clients design, evaluate and adopt cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical enablement and guidance to clients developing applications on Microsoft platforms.
• Analyse complex problems and propose appropriate cloud‑based solutions.
• Advise customers on the optimal platform technologies and set up development environments to replicate issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients via phone, email and instant messaging, translating technical concepts into business value.
• Train and mentor internal teams on Microsoft cloud services and associated tools.
• Own issues through to resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Identify customer budgets, timelines and decision‑making processes to shape buying visions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or related technical roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward clients and colleagues.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels on a daily basis.
• Early‑career mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
