Software Engineer – All Levels

About the role

Blossom Health is looking for motivated Software Engineers at any experience level to join its AI‑native mental health platform. You will work on building scalable, reliable systems that directly improve access to mental health care for thousands of patients and clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reliable systems powering core product workflows.
• Ship high‑quality code that balances speed with technical rigor.
• Own uptime, observability, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving reliability risks.
• Leverage cutting‑edge AI to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences.
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews and mentor teammates to raise engineering excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in high‑quality environments.
• Proven ability to build end‑to‑end production systems with minimal oversight.
• Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and ownership of projects.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to work onsite in New York City.
