Social Media Manager

About the role

JONESWORKS is looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join its New York office. You will shape and execute social strategies, focusing on community management and compelling content for Instagram and TikTok, while aligning with the agency’s and clients’ aesthetic and values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that meet talent and brand objectives.
• Manage and maintain profiles across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create, curate, and post content that resonates with target audiences, especially in the fast‑paced world of professional sports (NFL, NBA).
• Monitor trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
• Engage with online communities, address inquiries, and build brand affinity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track, analyze, and report social metrics monthly.
• Oversee post‑production from raw footage to final assets and support pitch deck design.
• Work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of social trends and sports culture.
• Proven track record of driving organic engagement and growth.
• Highly organized, creative, and able to work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Passion for NFL and NBA content.
