Social Media Manager

About the role

Pair of Thieves is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive the brand’s organic presence across multiple platforms. Based in Los Angeles, this hands‑on role blends strategy, creation, analysis and community building to keep the apparel brand top‑of‑mind every day.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
• Build monthly and weekly content calendars covering product launches, storytelling, retailer support and cultural trends.
• Create and shoot social‑first video, photography, graphics and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Write captions that reflect the brand’s witty, authentic voice.
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Grow the audience through organic tactics focused on engagement.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs and customer interactions.
• Identify emerging trends, memes, sounds and formats before they become mainstream.
• Collaborate with design, product, merchandising, marketing, e‑commerce and sales teams to align social content with business initiatives.
• Run creator and affiliate programs, source talent, brief campaigns and measure results.
• Track performance, produce monthly reports with actionable insights and test new ideas through A/B testing and rapid iteration.
