Social Media Manager – AI‑Driven Storytelling

About the role

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a remote‑based Social Media Manager who will own the storytelling of its innovative musculoskeletal care model across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms. The role blends creative content production with cutting‑edge AI tools to amplify the brand’s impact.

Key responsibilities

• Generate on‑brand graphics, carousels and educational posts at scale using Canva AI (Magic Design, Magic Write, text‑to‑image) and maintain a reusable Brand Kit.
• Create AI‑enhanced imagery and text effects with Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express and Figma AI for consistent visual systems.
• Design lightweight web‑based assets (landing pages, patient story galleries, campaign hubs) using Replit AI without developer assistance.
• Produce and edit short‑form video content with CapCut AI, Runway, HeyGen or Descript, adding auto‑captions, voice‑overs and visual effects tailored for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Leverage tools such as Opus Clip to repurpose long‑form surgeon interviews into bite‑size clips.

Required profile

• Native familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts ecosystems.
• Strong affinity for AI‑driven creative workflows and rapid content iteration.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
