Social Media Storytelling Associate – Remote

About the role

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a remote‑based Storytelling Associate to own and amplify its social media presence. You will create AI‑driven content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms, turning patient and surgeon stories into compelling digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce on‑brand graphics, carousels and educational posts at scale using Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express.
• Maintain a consistent Canva Brand Kit and Figma AI templates for all visual assets.
• Design lightweight web‑based content assets (landing pages, microsites) with Replit AI.
• Edit short‑form video for TikTok and Reels using CapCut AI, Runway, HeyGen or Descript.
• Generate AI voiceovers, captions and clip long interviews with tools such as Opus Clip.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams to source authentic footage and stories.

Required profile

• Native familiarity with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong storytelling mindset focused on healthcare narratives.
