Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

Gupta Media is seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to amplify client brands across organic channels. You will lead the planning, creation, and publishing of short‑form video, photography, graphics, and copy while collaborating closely with senior strategists and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging social content—including short‑form video, photography, graphics, and post copy—for multiple clients.
• Develop editorial calendars and content strategies under the guidance of the Senior Social Media Strategist.
• Analyze performance data, visualize results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior strategists and media teams to execute influencer collaborations and branded partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and effective.
• Manage community engagement, moderation, proactive outreach, and strategic crisis monitoring on client channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of agency or marketing experience focused on social media.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns and evergreen social content that drive awareness and conversions.
• Strong storytelling ability across multiple platforms and excellent written communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into strategic decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or comparable video editing and design software.
• Experience using social media scheduling and content management platforms.
