Social Media and Community Manager

About the role

We are a luxury skincare brand seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to shape and grow our online presence. Reporting to the Marketing team, you will create compelling content, engage with our audience, and build relationships with creators and influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 30‑60 day content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook aligned with product launches, seasonal themes, and cultural moments.
• Produce, edit, and publish short‑form video content optimized for Reels, TikToks, and Stories using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Identify, recruit, and manage a selective community of creators, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and luxury lifestyle voices.
• Monitor and engage with user comments, tags, and mentions, collaborating with customer care when needed.
• Track, analyze, and report social performance metrics to continuously improve reach and engagement.
• Stay current on beauty, skincare, and social media trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty and luxury skincare with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across creative, marketing, and product teams.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting brand‑aligned captions and copy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
• Experience using content scheduling tools such as Later or Sprout Social.
• Video editing skills with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar applications.
